In a Nutshell
• We are looking for highly motivated interns to work on technical services
• Start date flexible, preferably March 1st, 2010
• Internship period: 6 months
• Attractive stipend and support with Visa
The Role
You will work closely with the Head of Operations on the following areas:
• Project & Account Management – You will assist with project management tasks such as service delivery, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting. This will also include direct contact with our major clients.
• Product Development & Management – You will make a real impact on our products! Your input on market research, testing and client feedback will make our products the best available products in the market space.
• Information Systems Management – You will support the network connecting our Los Angeles office and our headquarters in Munich. You will also be responsible for maintaining office workstations.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong technical background and interest in computers.
An ideal intern:
• Working on a degree in a business field with a strong technical knowledge (e.g. Wirtschafts-, Medieninformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur)
• Good computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, XP
• Experience in network and computer administration a plus
• An energetic self starter who is fluent in English
• Strong interest in wireless devices and applications; willing to learn about new technologies and business operation
