    • The jobholder, who will be located in Poland, will provide continuous support to customers and/or distributors by managing all of their information requirements related to our products and their use in their existing and new applications within in the area of the former CEE countries. He/she will respond to general product and application questions and provide product recommendations, pricing information and documentation. The jobholder will identify customer needs and target growth opportunities by gathering and analyzing market trends and information. He/she supports marketing programs to generate new leads by contacting prospect (new) customers and building strong relationships with them. He/she will also develop a network of contacts within the company and work in collaboration with DC colleagues in the CEE region and internationally. A key responsibility of the jobholder will be to capture, qualify and follow up on leads by working with Market and Business Specialists to ensure customer needs are met and opportunities converted into business. In practical terms this means an efficient use of tools and systems (CRM and other) to document opportunity and other information so that an efficient follow-up by our total organization can materialize. The jobholder will also have secondary responsibility for Order and Price Management issues of which the primary responsibility resides with their colleagues in the Business Center, as well as making suggestions to optimize processes, workflows and IT/web tools, and use of knowledge management tools and systems. The ideal candidate: - has a university degree in Science, Economics, Business Administration or similar - Chemical and/or mechanical degree or background - has 2 years working experience in a commercial environment (Sales, Customer Services or Call Centers typically) - Knowledge of local industrial markets is a plus - wants to provide absolute Customer Satisfaction and help resolve customer problems - has excellent IT-tools and information management skills: web navigation, data bases and information management tools and systems (SAP, CRM…) - has excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills, essentially without face-to-face interactions - is flexible, pro-active, self-motivated and able to work with minimum local supervision - is willing to take ownership for getting results and manage change in a positive way - is able to negotiate and influence - has a problem solving mindset (with a balance of strategic thinking and tactical implementation), and is curious to understand the detail of customer needs - is able to perform under stress and pressure and manage several tasks simultaneously and manage priorities - is able to act fast and take risks - is team oriented and likes to interact with people from different departments internally as well as building relationships with external customers - has sufficient orientation on processes and workflows needed to operate in a large multinational work environment - has business level language capability in English.
