Field of Work and Qualifications
I am an Energy Electronic Technician in the field of industrial engineering.
In my current position, I am responsible for the setup and maintenance of operations equipment.
The preparatory phase of my work consists of designing circuit and connection
schemes as well as other technical designs. These preparations concern mainly
various technical systems such as generators, distributors, electrical drive
systems and controls.
I also conduct performance and functional calculations through which I am able to
make a protocol to assess the time and materials needed for any further work
necessary. I am able to assemble, mount, start and test electrical and electronic
components, devices and machines.
I take measurements using various measuring devices such as gauges for voltage,
electricity, resistance and isolation.
I have the required skills to convert and/or expand equipment already in place in
order to acheive optimal functionality (Software - Siemens SPS and Hardware - Wiring, etc.)
Not only am I able to disassemble and clean various electrical components, but
also find the cause, and correct, the errors within them. When an error has been
detected, I systematically seek its cause and conduct the correction independently.
When a part is worn, I am capable of finding adequate replacement components.
My further responsibilities entail the installation, mounting and laying of cables
for sockets, distribution tables, cable ducts, fixtures and lighting, etc.
I have gathered 12 years of professional experience in the industrial field.
The following voltage rates in the industrial field in Germany are standard:
24 direct current voltage (SPS DE: Speicher-Programmierbare-Steuerung,
"programmable memory control", relays, etc.)
230 AC voltage 1~/50Hz (relays, installations, lighting, etc.)
400 rotary current voltage 3~/50 Hz AC voltage/ rotary current voltage (drive systems, motors, etc.)
